A new multi-coloured poppy painting on a deep blue background for taller spaces including fireplace alcoves, hallways and narrow walls.

This is an original painting in acrylic on board, using handmade palette knives and some brushwork.

It has been finished with three coats of professional artist varnish in a satin finish. This protects the artwork from UV light and dust, and allows it to be framed without glass, so the textures and maker's-marks can be fully appreciated.
