New for 2025 - miniature pollinators on gold leaf.

The Blue Morpho is not a British butterfly but can be enjoyed in specialist wildlife and animal centres in the UK. It originates in the Amazon.

Originally conceived as a triptych of three butterflies, I have added new butterfly paintings on gold leaf to this series of works, depicting pollinators to highlight their crucial role.

Framed in a white wooden St Ives style frame, hand build in Cornwall.

The artwork is protected with three coats of professional artist varnish to prevent discolouration and to protect against UV light and dust.
