A new multi-coloured poppy painting on a deep green background for taller spaces including fireplace alcoves, hallways and narrow walls. Combining magenta, violet and vermillion poppies, it will bring a joyful splash of colour to any room.

This is an original painting in acrylic on board, using handmade palette knives and some brushwork.

It has been finished with three coats of professional artist varnish in a satin finish. This protects the artwork from UV light and dust, and allows it to be framed without glass, so the textures and maker's-marks can be fully appreciated.

This painting is with my framer waiting to be framed. Please get in touch for framing lead time. I advise my usual ‘St Ives’ style double frame, crafted in Bristol without glazing so the textural qualities may be fully appreciated but the option exists to buy unframed at reduced price of £1200.
